American Laboratories, Inc. (ALI), Omaha, NE, has selected MasterControl, Salt Lake City, UT, to upgrade its quality management system. Along with ALI’s current quality systems, the integration with MasterControl facilitates compliance management by automating and managing document and change control, training management, audits, corrective/preventative actions (CAPA), customer complaints, nonconformance disposition, deviation handling and other Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices and Good Laboratory Practices that are critical to regulatory compliance.
